National Youth Leadership Training is an interactive program geared for Scouts to gain knowledge in leadership skills and teamwork. Scouts completing the program will have greater opportunities to become leaders within their own troops.

·         Be currently registered as a member of the Boy Scouts of America.

·         Be First Class rank or higher.

·         Be the minimum age of 13 years old.

·         Have completed the seventh grade.

·         Be a current or prospective youth leader recommended by his Scoutmaster.

This program teaches scouts 3 essentials - what a leader must BE, KNOW, and DO.

The kinds of skills that they will gain during this program are:

Leadership     Problem Solving     Planning     Teamwork

The above are tools that they can use in Scouting and continue using for the rest of their lives!

Talk to your Scoutmaster if you would like to learn more and participate in this program.
